2025 Wednesday WIP Nights
Come and work on projects in our classroom alongside other crafters
Service Description
These are informal evenings to sit and craft together. Kim and Alison will usually be on hand to help our students if they need it, and once in awhile we will book special events or guests. All craft genres are welcome so long as you can do it in your lap or at a table (keeping in mind that space is limited) This time is intended to be social so please feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages. If you need to purchase supplies, you MUST do so beforehand as all Knot Just Yarn inventory is kept off site to comply to City of Delta by-laws and therefore can take up to 48 hours to be retrieved. Alison is happy to bring your order to a WIP night, or let you shop using our swatch books and website. Those orders to be picked up at a later date. These WIP nights will continue to be offered as part of all Beginner Crochet 1.0 and 2.0 as well as all Beginner Knitting Classes. Students enrolled in those classes will be given a special code to to remove the $5 drop in fee. At time of publishing, Alison is working on a Punch Card to allow you to save money when you pre-buy 10 sessions. Look for that link to be added once it hits the website.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes you can't make it to class. Our classes are very popular and our instructors have already put in many hours of their time prepping each class before we even post them for registration. To respect their time, expertise, and efforts, we ask if you must cancel your entire class registration that you do so at your earliest convenience. Any cancellation requests that are made less than 24 hours before the start of the first class in a series of classes, or after a course has started, or within 24 hours of a workshop/event will not be granted. Cancellation requests made with more than 24 hours notice of the start of the class or event will be processed at our earliest convenience less a 10% admin fee. If you have registered for a course and find you need to miss one or more of the class dates, alternate arrangements can be made to allow you to catch up. These may include but are not restricted to: emailed course materials like hand outs or instructional videos; one-on-one private instruction time to be arranged between you and the instructor (should the instructor offer such services); or free entry to a drop-in session should any happen to fall withing the scope of the class timeline.
