Service Description

Corner to Corner blankets use simple stitches which make them perfect for beginners. They also work up reasonably quickly which makes them much loved with the more advanced crocheters too. In this class, Kim from Frog and Stitch will teach you the C2C stitch pattern for this particular blanket by having you work up a swatch in the first class. Since you do not work in rows or rounds. getting the hang of how you build up your blanket from one corner to the opposite one can be a bit mind bending at first. Once you "get it" the rest of the blanket comes easily. For this swatch, if you want to turn it into a washcloth please bring or buy some 100% cotton yarn. We are structuring this class a bit differently and offering an option to supply your own yarn for a reduced class fee of $100. The sample blanket is 37"x36" before the border and was made with 7 and a bit balls of Cascade Anthem yarn (approx 1300 yds) and a 5.00mm crochet hook.
