Service Description
In this one-on-one meeting, Alison will help you choose the right yarn for whatever project you have in mind. She will show you samples of available products for purchase, detail their pros and cons, and help you with your online purchase. As all inventory is kept off-site to comply with city zoning by-laws, your order will be ready within 1-2 business days from time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Your private consultation is to be held at the offices (and home) of Alison Day and as such must be booked ahead of time. Failure to attend your FREE consultation will result in a re-booking fee of $25 (waived with purchases over $50). Please fill out the Consultation Booking Form as you will be contacted via text to confirm your date and time. Detailed instructions will be texted to you once your time is confirmed. Thank you. Please note, we have a large dog who loves to bark but is about the friendliest creature on the planet. He will not have access to our consultation space.
